1. Incomplete form will be rejected.
2. It is compulsory to provide correct details of Parents. The result of tests or any other information by the institute will be sent via Whatsapp/SMS.
3. Any change of address or telephone number should be notified in writing to the office within 10 days.
4. The student who is enrolled with Gravity Education will have to work hard regularly. In case, if the teachers feel that the student is not working hard, creating indiscipline in the Institute, irregular in attendance, not responding properly, not performing in the Routine Class Tests(RCT), the Institute will not be responsible for the low grade/below average result of the student.
5. If any student absents himself/ herself for more than 10 days continuously without any prior written application, Institute will not responsible for the topics covered in the duration and will not cover them individually.
6. First installment and registration charges must be deposited before starting classes.
7. After depositing money towards Admission, if a student becomes disinterested in the Institute due to any reason whatsoever, the Institute will not refund the money deposited towards Registration fee. However, Tuition Fee will be refunded to the student as per Institute’s Fee Refund Rules only.
8. If the student/parent insists on lump sum payment of fee, the Institute can accept the fee in lump sum also. The fee amount deposited on lump sum basis will be refunded as per Institute’s Fee Refund Rules only.
9. If a student fails to deposit next Installments on or before the Due Date mentioned in Fee structure, late fee @ 20/- per day will be charged (in addition to Fee) upto 30 days. After this the admission shall be treated cancelled without any prior information & refund of fee. *Days will be counted from class commencement date.
10. The responsibility of getting admission form for various Olympiads/ competitive/ talent search exams is that of the student himself/herself or that of the Parent/Guardian.
11. It is for the student himself/herself to see whether he/she is eligible for a particular entrance/talent search examination or not. The Institute does not hold responsible if a student’s admission form cannot be forwarded or is rejected by the examining body on any ground whatsoever.
12. If student misses any class without any prior written application by parents, the topic taught in that class will be not be repeated or taken individually.
13. A student who is late by 10 minutes for classes/tests, will not be allowed to enter the classroom.
14. Any study material given during the classes or otherwise, will not be given to those students who are absent without prior application from the parents. No request/ personal appointments in this regard shall be entertained.
15. If a student is absent or misses a test, he/she can collect his/her question paper from the office within 10 days from the date of test, failing which the question paper will not be given to him/her.
16. Any student caught adopting unfair practice during the Routine Class Tests (RCT)/ Major Class Tests (MCT)/ Revision Tests is liable for immediate removal from the examination hall and will not be allowed to sit in the class till the submission of written application from the parent.
17. Any material/ stationary purchased from Institute had to be paid by the student separately & will not be adjusted in the fee amount.
18. Students enrolled with Gravity Education have to provide a photocopy of Admit Card of various entrance exams/ talent search exams/ Olympiads, as soon as they receive their admit cards from the examining body.
19. Any kind of communication to parent/ student will be made by Gravity Education App & Whatsapp/SMS/Call from the no.6232331809/9009991186/9669184612 only. Institute is not responsible for any false communication made by any other number.
20. A student is not allowed to carry mobile phone/ i-pod/ gadget in the classes. If at all, he/she carries mobile phone in the classes, then it should be switched off. The institute is not responsible for any loss/ theft of mobile phone in the Institute.
21. If any mishap occurs in the premises of Gravity Education because of situations beyond control or any natural calamity of any type, the Institute shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
22. If the student/ parent do not pay the fee for more than 1 month from the due date, the student/ parent shall have to pay Rs.500 for re-admission.
23. If any student does not pay the fee on the due date as mentioned at the time of admission or is defaulter in the fee payment, he/she shall be stopped from attending the classes. It is therefore, in the interest of the parents & students that they should deposit the fee on the due dates.
24. If the study material provided to the student is lost/ misplaced, a duplicate set of the book(s) can be obtained from the office against a payment of Rs.100 per book.
25. Each student will be issued one (1) bag only once at the time of admission. The entry in to the classes/ Institute will be only with the bag. If the bag of a student is lost/ damaged, a new bag can be asked from the office on payable basis.
26. Each student will be issued Two (2) T-shirts only once at the time of admission. The student must wear institute T-shirt daily for entry into the classes/ Institute. If the T-shirt of a student is lost/ damaged, a new T-shirt can be asked from the office on payable basis.
27. Gravity Education reserves the right to make any alterations in its programs/ venue/ timings and days of classes without any prior notice to anybody. The changes will be informed to the student/ parent a day before by SMS/ email/ Call.
28. The fee amount paid will not be adjusted to any other course offered by the Institute under any circumstances.
29. The Institute reserves the right to use the results and photographs of the student for advertisement purpose through any mode.
30. This registration cum admission form charges are non-refundable and non-adjustable & is requisite for only 6 trial classes or confirm admission.
31. The decision of Center Director will be final in any dispute or query and binding on the student and parent/ guardian.
